Ingredients For Crust
- 170g brown sugar
- 115g unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 200g unbleached all-purpose flour
- 140g rolled oats
- ½ tsp baking soda
Ingredients For Filling
- 12-oz can Sweetened condensed milk
- 340g chocolate chips
- 55g walnuts, chopped
- ½ t vanilla
Directions
- Cream brown sugar and butter for 4 minutes on medium speed.
- Beat in egg and vanilla
- Mix flour, oats, and baking soda together and add to creamed mixture.
- Pat 2/3 of crust mixture firmly into bottom of greased ¼ sheet pan (9×13 pan)
- Place all filling ingredients in saucepan and stir until chocolate chips are melted.
- Carefully spread filling over dough.
- Dot filling with quarter size pieces of remaining oat mixture. You will see the filling.
- Bake at 350º for 22-25 minutes, just until light brown.Makes ¼ sheet pan (9×13 pan)
